Topic: Implementing BRM Processes when other processes already exist - Focusing on early lifecycle / idea formulation.
The IT department has already a wide variety of roles and processes in place. With implementing new BRM processes, these often overlap. How do we navigate the organisation politics and ratify the way we work to improve the service to our business peers?
Jon Baxter will prepare a short discussion document on the topic and send it out 1 week before for the signed up forum members to review and then debate the practical application in the meeting. This should give some useful insight on how we can do things differently.

The "Buzz" series of meetings are informal and open invitation meetings to all people interested in Strategic IT partnerships, every other month. These are not webinars but meetings where discussion online is held using gotomeeting. Maximum attendance is limited to 25. First come first served.
