Experiences: Pang is an experienced leader with strong digital focus in financial services and mobile sectors. He frequently works with senior executives of leading multinational companies such as Visa (Europe), Lloyds Bank, HBL Bank (Asia), Vodafone (Europe), AT&T (US), MTN (Africa) as well as private equity firms including MC Ventures (US). Pang has chaired and spoken at various conferences including at Oxford, New Delhi and Dubai.

Pang has built a digital-only financial services business unit from scratch. This includes innovative customer centric Money Remittances, Pre-paid Cards, and Insurance. He led the strategic direction, the development of propositions, product specifications and roadmap.

Qualifications: Pang earned his MBA with Distinction from University of Warwick and holds a First Class Engineering degree from University of Dundee. In addition, he is scrum certified and also an agile project management practitioner.
