• Provide you with a unique user account and feature to set your own password, perform IP address logging for online forum subscribers to protect system security, provide your user account with features on Baxter Thompson systems in order to conduct activities specified in the commercial agreement and subject to a separate system usage policy. • Someone soliciting a commercial agreement or engaging in the pre-contractual steps acting either as a customer with the intent to purchase from or a supplier with the intent to supply to Baxter Thompson Ltd.

• Financial transaction information based on the services that we provide to you or that you provide to us.
• Where necessary, background financial checks on your company’s performance, sourced from third party suppliers.

What we do with your data and how we engage with you:

Within the limits agreed by our current commercial agreement, or our draft commercial agreement we may:

• Gather additional address detail to complete online payments.
• We do not store your credit card details. All credit card details are entered directly online via secure encrypted HTTPS link into our Payment Provider’s portal.
